These terms cover your use of Isometric New York, which is run by Insetlab LLC. By using the site you accept them.

Using the site

Flying and exploring are free. The map is a drawing, so don't rely on it for navigation or as an accurate record of any place. We may change, limit or take down any part of the site.

Chat and pilot names

You're responsible for what you write. Harassment, hate, threats, sexual content, spam and illegal content aren't allowed, and we may remove them or keep you out of the sky. Chat is public to the pilots in your room.

Don't attack the site, overload it or copy its map data in bulk.

Advertising

You buy the screens, blimp or ticker time shown at checkout. We don't promise any number of views, visitors or clicks, and the audience changes from hour to hour.

You confirm that you have the rights to your artwork, brand name and wording, that your ad is truthful, and that it and the site it links to are legal. You give us permission to display your ad on the site and in images and video of the site while it runs.

These can't be advertised:

• gambling, betting and casinos
• pornography and other adult content
• illegal goods or services, malware and scams
• hate, harassment or violence
• anything that infringes someone else's rights

We may refuse any ad and remove one that breaks these rules, including when its artwork or website changes after purchase. A removed ad is refunded in full, as the refund policy explains.

No warranty

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. It may be unavailable or contain errors.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Insetlab LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and its total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights that local consumer law doesn't let us remove.

Law

Wyoming law governs these terms, and disputes go to the courts of Wyoming, unless your local consumer law says otherwise.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update them here and change the date above. Bookings already paid for keep the terms that applied when you paid.
