Refund policy

This policy covers ads bought on Isometric New York from Insetlab LLC. To ask for a refund, write to hello@insetlab.com with your booking link or the email address you paid with.

Before your ad starts

Write to us before the start time and we'll refund the booking in full. Once you press Start now, the ad counts as started.

After your ad starts

Time that has already run can't be refunded, and neither can the rest of a run you decide to stop.

If we remove your ad

If your ad breaks the advertising rules, we take it down and refund everything you paid for it, including extra hours.

If the site fails

If an outage on our side keeps your ad off the site for an hour or more, write to us and we'll refund those hours.

Payment mistakes

If you were charged twice or for the wrong amount, write to us and we'll correct it.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
